What if I only get part of my order?
In order to provide you with the speediest service possible, items ordered together may not necessarily ship together. In addition, items from different suppliers that are not stocked at our online store's head office will ship from different locations and the shipment date may vary by a day or two. Product Information
What if something is out of stock? If something you want to order is out of stock, we'll usually remove it from the store. If you want, you can always contact us to double check. If you order something that's out of stock, you will be placed on the back order list and your item will be shipped out as soon as possible.
What if some of the colors I ordered are out of stock? When this happens we will usually send additional quantities of others you chose. If none of the colors you requested are in stock we will contact you to let you know what is available.

What forms of payment do you accept? We gladly accept Paypal. We also make exceptions and will accept Email Money Transfers for those not using Paypal.

Sometimes shipping can take up to 3-4 weeks depending on the Free shipping method. We strive to get our customers the fastest shipping possible and most items arrive in as little as a week, even from overseas. This helps us keep costs low for you and prices right where you want them.
Shipping & Returns
Easy Returns & Exchanges:
We take great pride in our products, and we hope you're delighted with your purchase from Discount Dipes. But if for any reason you aren't completely satisfied, you may return non-sale merchandise with an original receipt up to 14 days from the purchase date for a full refund or store credit (less shipping costs and overweight surcharges, duties…) in the original shape/original box. Non-sale merchandise returned without a receipt or after 30 days from the date of purchase, and merchandise accompanied by a gift receipt shall be exchanged for store credit only. All sale and special order purchases are final; no refunds or credits are available. Any/all available store credits will be issued at the then lowest selling price and are applicable towards store merchandise only.
All items must be in new condition with all tags attached and in the packaging. Worn items, personalized items and special orders are not returnable. No item is returnable after 14 days from purchase. If the package is refused, sent back as “return to sender” or the address provided is incomplete or incorrect DiscountDipes.com will recover this shipping cost prior to refunding. Therefore the customer will pay an additional shipping cost.

Though many of our items ship from overseas, we will accept returns to our Head office in Eastern Canada.
